UCP Community Outreach is an organization focused on providing mentorship to Phoenix youth through a holistic approach, impacting education, social & emotional development, athletics, family, and business acumen.
Led by two educators and coaches, turned entrepreneurs, UCPCO is the home of opportunity for young people to gain the skills, experiences and environments that are needed to increase the likelihood of a successful adult life.

About Us
Our staff & volunteers
Our founders, Justin & Kristen Campbell have comprised an amazing team of diverse backgrounds and passions to provide the our mentees and community members with multiple positive and influential people to learn and elevate with.
Along with our founders, our 2026 volunteers are Darnell Campbell, Daniel Davis & Anthony Delgado.
Additionally, UCPCO brings in other community member volunteers, as well as partners with local businesses and non-profits to offer a different point of view, skillset, or opportunity depending on the need!
Our history
We launched UCP Community Outreach originally as the home of the AZ Spartans Basketball Club in 2016, with our first group of young men in need of a mentorship program that serviced their basketball dreams as well. Since 2016, we have grown to offer much more than just basketball in our quest to positively & holistically impact the youth. Our basketball club has multiple teams & coaches and we plan to continue to grow in the ages we service, we have partnered with other local businesses and non-profits to offer mentorship, enrichment classes, tutoring, giveback opportunities and volunteer opportunities. UCPCO is about serving the community in as many ways as we can so that the entire family can thrive!
